One of my early quilling subjects was my “Tiny Dancers” series - which ended up not being so tiny a collection, but was always an homage to the sinewy grace and strength of dancers’ bodies and spirits. I’m still fascinated by their graceful movements … and which I try to re-create with paper and glue. And sometimes sparkles… sparkles are good.”

Grace, movement, and color in motion. These pieces celebrate the body mid-spin or mid-leap — that second where everything is joy and music. You’ll see elongated lines and flowing shapes here. If you dance (or know someone who does), I can use a photo you provide to create a very personal commissioned piece that immortalizes that recital, or that performance in a one of a kind memory that captures the magic they created.
