This is the word "Love" built entirely from narrow strips of paper, each one hand-rolled, shaped, and pinned into place. I built this piece by working letter by letter, making sure each one had enough dimension and presence to read clearly from across the room. The rainbow runs through every single coil in the same order, which creates a visual rhythm that ties the whole thing together. It's a straightforward statement. No hidden meaning, no metaphor. Just the word "Love" made from color and paper and time.
The framed poster version keeps all the fine quilled detail crisp and readable. On matte art paper, the rainbow progression holds its vibrancy without any glare getting in the way.
